At Jacki's Pattern Market, we love to sew and create. So we don't want to bore you with a whole bunch of do's and don'ts, our policies are pretty easy.
Your order must be paid for before shipping will occur. We do not ship COD. We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of payment. In order for us to continue accepting money orders, and checks, the payment must reach us within 10 days of purchase, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Those using e-checks, your order will ship upon payment clearing. Those using money orders and checks, your order will ship upon receipt of your payment. You will receive an email from us when your order is process and shipped. It will include your delivery confirmation number.
We will accept returns, as long as the product is unopened, and returned with original paper work from the sale. Please notify us of your intent to return within 7 days after receiving product. Your original payment method will be credited with your original purchase price (minus shipping). Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is a problem with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right for you.
